Program Description

Enjoy an all-levels flow yoga class offered via Zoom or in-person: warm-ups, sun salutations, inversions, gentle back bends, twists, forward folds, cool-down, relaxation, breathing techniques, and meditation. The focus each week will be to target key areas where we hold stress and fatigue: hips, back, legs, mind and breath. Location varies based on needs of team.

Bring a mat if you have one.
