Sarah Behrens is the Coordinator of School & Industry Partnerships at Northwest Technical College. She has worked with Minnesota North College as a Customized Training Solutions Representative supporting industry training in the Bemidji area since 2019.
Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree in Land Use from Metropolitan State College of Denver, CO, her Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado in Denver, CO, and is currently completing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration at St. Cloud State University.
Sarah has served as treasurer on the PTO at Lincoln Elementary.

Colleen Gerzin is a Custom Training Representative for Minnesota North College Hibbing Office with 22 years of experience. Colleen has developed and managed training programs in the area of Business and Industry, Continuing Education, Fire, Motorcycle, and MHSA/Safety and Health. She is also proficient in many levels of leadership, public relations, marketing, and human resources. Colleen is dedicated and hardworking and has an internal drive to deliver excellence. Evidence of these qualities were utilized in the activities serving on the Laurentian Chamber of Commerce Leadership Advisory Board, St. Michael Community Relations Board, Community Health Alliance Board, and Range Wellness Coalition Board. Additionally, Colleen has an affection and passion for giving back to her community. She has been a member of Beta Sigma Phi International Women’s Organization for 25 years, which enables her to share her gifts and talents with numerous organizations such as, Mesabi Range College Foundation, Virginia Community Foundation, Salvation Army, and United Way. Colleen is also an active member and volunteer at her local church.
Colleen graduated from Vermillion Community College with an Associate of Arts degree, and transferred to the University of Minnesota-Duluth to continue her studies in Business Administration with a concentration in management and marketing.
Colleen is a mother of one adult son and values quality time with her family and friends.
