Bring to Class:
-Your Drivers License or other form of ID
-Your TMU log in and password. If you don’t know them, we can help you reset your information before the test, but you may want to call Headmaster to see if they can help you. Their number is 888-401-0462.-Scrubs are required to be worn
-A hair tie is required if your hair falls below your shoulders
-Payment: If you have not already paid please call 218-293-6920 OR I can take check or Credit Card the morning of the test.
