Responsibilities:

Help train the next generation of Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides across Northeast Minnesota.

Flexible, part-time teaching opportunities for experienced RNs through Minnesota North Colleges’ College in the Schools (CIS) program.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of licensed nursing experience in the U.S.
• At least 1 year of licensed nursing experience in long-term care, such as:
  • Nursing homes
  • Boarding care homes
  • Assisted living or housing-with-services facilities

Teaching Schedule & Commitment

• 4-credit Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide courses
• Approximately 2 hours/day, 3 days per week or
• One evening class per week (typically 3:30–9:00 p.m.)
• Classes offered at various locations across Northeast Minnesota
• Average commitment: ~6 hours per week per class

Prior training or instructional experience, relevant trade certifications or degree, strong safety mindset, and the ability to effectively teach and mentor adult learners are required.

CDL Behind-the-Wheel Instructor

Description

Customized Training Solutions is looking for CDL Instructors for Behind-The-Wheel (BTW) training. Will be responsible for working with CDL students one-on-one around all three phases of BTW driving. This includes training around the Daily Inspection, Basic Commercial Driving Skills, and safely driving on Public Roads. Candidates must have a valid Class “A” CDL and some sort of training experience.
